Korea's Clinical Trial competitiveness introduced
- The Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) USA presented on the "Overview of Conducting Clinical Trials in Korea" at the "3rd Oncology Clinical Trials in Emerging Market" conference held from November 3~4th in Philadelphia
- The event featured approximately 120 clinical trial directors and executives from well-known multinational pharma companies such as Pfizer, BMS, Roche as well as biotechs such as Vertex
- At the conference, China, India, Latin American and European Countries introduced their nations and region's strength in conducting clinical trials
- Director General Dohyun Cho introduced the competitiveness of Korean clinical trials and highlighted Korea's strength in terms of 'establishing KoNECT and government support", "efforts on expanding early phase studies", and "dramatic growth in multinational clinical trials conducted in Korea"
