Dear Korean-American Scholars,


The NIH and Washington DC chapters of the Korean-American Women in Science and Engineering (KWiSE) are proud to host a virtual forum on Monoclonal Antibodies as Therapeutics against SARS-CoV-2: From Development to Regulatory Approval at 8:30-10 PM (EST US) on September 30 (9:30-11 AM, October 1, Korea Standard Time).

We have invited two internationally renowned experts, Dr. Soo-Young Lee at Celltrion and Dr. Su-Young Choi at FDA. Dr. Lee is Vice President of Celltrion Inc. and he is the head of the New Drug Research Division and head of New Drug and Vaccine Development at Celltrion. Dr. Lee will present on “Neutralizing Effect of CT-P59 against SARS-CoV-2 Variants”.

Dr. Choi is a clinical pharmacology team leader for antiviral products, Office of Clinical Pharmacology, Office of Translational Sciences, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, US Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Choi will present on “Monoclonal Antibodies Targeting SARS-CoV-2
