Eun Jung (EJ) Choi, MD, PhD, MBA

 Dr. Choi is the Founder and CEO of Spave Science Inc., a biotechnology company focused on CNS therapeutics. She is a neurologist and pharmaceutical executive with over 20 years of experience in drug development, regulatory strategy, and commercialization.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Novartis and UCB, contributing to over 30 development programs and more than 10 global regulatory approvals. Dr. Choi holds an MD and PhD, is board-certified in Neurology, and earned an MBA from the Wharton School.

Alex Yi, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr Yi is a clinical development leader with nearly 15 years of industry experience in cardiovascular, metabolic, and rare diseases. He trained in Internal Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell and completed a Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital after earning his MD and PhD in Neuroscience from UCSF. He has worked across leading biotech and pharmaceutical organizations, including Novartis, Vertex, and Anthos Therapeutics, and currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Development at Marea Therapeutics.
